About the Episode
Today for our meditation practice, our awareness is brought to our lower belly.
As you practice today, notice the physical shifts that happen in the low abdomen with every breath. With each inhale, there is growth, expansion and an energy increase, and with every exhale there is contraction as you release that energy back into the world around you. This is a place on our body that we usually hold onto.
Today’s practice will invite you to soften and let go.
You don’t have to hold on to anything in this moment.
