Spring is my favourite time of year. I am always excited to see the world start fresh with a clean slate.
I live in a cold climate, so I am always ready to see winter move on from its icy grip – I can see the beauty in the winter whiteness, but, it’s not my favourite time of the year.
I use the change of season as a reset and a time for reflection:
How will I grow my practice and where can I pull back?
What things do I want to accomplish and where will I visit in the new season?
My favourite thing to do is a walking meditation and to be in nature as she awakens from her sleep. I love to greet the springtime as an opportunity to replenish and observe how everything changes.
What are your most cherished springtime practices and how do you replenish during this time of the year?

Gemini New Moon: She Who Tells the Story Tells It Best
