It's a pajama party! No need for fancy yoga clothes for this gentle practice with Rachel Brathen. Bring lots of pillows and blankets and prepare for gentle movements and flows in this peaceful practice. Open the side-body and shoulders, then move into a soft sequence of hip and hamstring openers, standing forward folds, and a supple, spinal opening in Cat-Cow with variations. Use the pillows for support in a gentle seated hip opening series, and then make your way into a deep, healing Savasana.
After Savasana, take some time to journal on "A change I have made in my life that I am committing to is..." OR "My commitment to myself is..."
