Join Liz as she leads you through a primal yoga flow practice for beginners, where all you'll need is an open mind, an open heart, an adventurous spirit, and two blocks. Start by getting loose and relaxed in a standing pose to empty the mind, practice non-doing and activating the two channels of the body. Move through a tapping practice designed to activate your vital energy and flush the hips, then circle the hips to open the pelvis, hamstrings and calves. Flow through a standing, strengthening, balancing warrior sequence incorporating martial arts and yoga, before making your way down onto the mat for a supported inversion, hip openers, and a peaceful Savasana.
