Morning Medley

Rise and shine! This is the perfect class to begin your day! Start by lying on the back and allow yourself to ground and relax onto the mat, checking in with your body and breath. Slowly begin to wake up the legs, hamstrings and lower back with gentle supine stretches and twists. Start to activate your core, beginning to energize and engage your center. Salute the Sun with Surya Namaskar and move through a standing, hip and heart opening flow, then progress through deeper hip and hamstring openers. Come down onto the mat for a funky hip flexor and psoas opening sequence. Expect fun transitions, lots of movement and deeper stretches. A well-rounded way to wake the body up and start your day!
