This is a sweet, meditative, healing 45-minute practice for all levels and all days. Begin with a slow flow warm up to connect to the grounding energy of the earth, and the movement variations that feel best in the body. Ashley then guides you through an expansive Vinyasa sequence that includes standing poses, heart openers, opportunities for arm balances and optional inversions. As you continue to move through this flow you will find the pace of your own breath, and with it, openness, compassion and strength.
