Join Jen as she moves you through a Surya Namaskar and a meditation designed to help you stop underestimating yourself and relax into the concept that, sometimes by just being, you are doing enough.
Keep repeating this Mantra throughout a strengthening, invigorating practice, while activating the core, working the legs in Standing Splits (Urdhva Prasarita Eka Padasana), opening the hips in Crescent Moon (Anjaneyasana) and High Lizard (Utthan Pristhasana), and creating space in the shoulders and spine with Supine Twists.
Use this practice to rewire your brain to value yourself, connect to your heart, strengthen your body, and appreciate all that you do.
