Begin in a peaceful Savasana, then explore heart-opening variations and cleansing twists. Pause where it feels good to pause, and feel your mind and nervous system relax as you release tension from the physical body. Coral guides you through each breath and shape, providing in-depth alignment tips to help you become fully aware of how your body moves. This is a beautiful and calming practice, perfect for when you need to unwind, reconnect, and tap into your personal source of healing.

For this practice, you will need two blocks, and possibly a strap (or homemade substitutes).
