A breathing exercise to bring you back to your center and calm your mind. This is a perfect practice if you are struggling with something difficult, had a long day, or are experiencing moments of panic, tension or stress. This breathwork practice will bring you back to a peaceful, centered state. Notice how stress can quicken the breath, then anchor your awareness to your breath by slowly counting the length of the inhale and the exhale, helping to return you to a neutral, tranquil, present state.
