A meditation to start the week off right! With a brand new week ahead, set the tone by quieting your mind and cultivating presence through your breath. This meditation will help you get calm and clarify your intentions for the week ahead. Mondays can be difficult, but thinking of it as a new cycle, by bringing awareness into the present moment will help you manifest what you want to accomplish and release what you want to let go of. Focus on feelings of gratitude, acceptance, peace, joy and unconditional self-love, and allow those feelings to resonate through your heart and your week!
