Today, allow yourself to be free of judgments, not only from other people, but from yourself as well. Consciously surround yourself with a resilient love for all of your human-ness, accepting every part of you. This 'Manifestation Yoga' class with Jen will shake you out of the mental trap of what other people think of you and allow you to move, sweat, smile, release, and tune into your highest self, the most amazing you that you already are.
Begin seated as you ground into the body and let go of past judgments held against you then move into Downward Dog (Adho Mukha Shvanasana) to begin warming up the core, your power center. Begin to flow through rounds of Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), then move through a fun standing sequence incorporating Triangle, Warrior poses, and Half Moon Pose. Continue activating the core with variations of Navasana (Boat Pose), Forearm Plank, and Side Plank (Vasisthasana) before slowing it down and making your way to Savasana.
For this class, two blocks and a strap are optional for additional support and length.
