Collectively we each need to focus on radical self-care. We need to find the spaces and hard edges inside of us that need to be softened, cared for, nurtured and loved.

This week, set the intention to prioritize self-care, but the kind of self-care practices that you know you need yet don't come as easily as the practices that you love. Soften the hard edges that keep you from doing these practices, and make space for them in your day.

Use this class to open the hips, hamstrings, and move the body so that you can drop into the breath, and come back home to yourself. You will need two blocks and a strap for this practice, if you don't have these props you can learn how to make your own homemade props here.
