If you are healing from a shoulder or wrist injury, cannot bear weight on your hands, or are suffering from arthritis, this practice is for you! In this Vinyasa flow class, we will avoid putting any weight on the hands, and move through a ‘handless flow’. Begin by deepening your breath, setting an intention, then moving through a strengthening hip, side body, and shoulder opening flow, all without putting any weight on your hands. Come down on your mat to gently twist and release your spine, then settle into a sweet Savasana.
