A heart opening class to help you move past fear and the ways in which the mind is holding you back. When you move out of your comfort zone, you have to get past the brain, the fear, and the ego. Today’s practice will focus on opening the front and the back of the heart, connecting and expanding the heart center, so you are able to freely give and receive love. You will get there by exploring deep backbends, mermaid pose, king pigeon pose, and variations that expand the heart center in all directions. Yogis will also move slowly through hip openers and sequences to ease low back pain and create strength to prevent injury.
