This is a 50-minute yoga class designed to help you reset and reboot. Begin in a guided meditation to connect to your needs and intentions, before moving into a warm-up focusing on opening and aligning the wrists and shoulders. You will then progress through a flow that builds strength and connection, a feel good hip opening sequence that also activates your core, legs, and of course, breath. This is a slow flow Vinyasa that is truly nurturing and allows you to feel and experience your body, breath and heart. Leave your mat feeling tuned into your heart and tapped in to your highest self!
