Join Coral as she takes you through a simple flow, focusing on the basics of yoga, proper alignment, and becoming aware of the gift of embodiment! If you are new to yoga or looking to brush up on basic Asana alignment, this class is for you! Coral expertly guides you through the foundations of the breath, common misalignments in elemental poses such as Chaturanga, Downward-Facing Dog, Warrior I, Warrior II, and Chair Pose, then moves you through Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations). You will gain the awareness and knowledge to move forward in your practice with proper alignment, new insight, and mindfulness in your Asanas and breath.
