When you create balance in the body you are building the foundations for a balanced life. This class will focus on building your balance and stability through strong standing postures and sequences designed to help you feel rooted, calm, and collected. Move through a flow including warrior I, warrior II, extended side angle and half moon pose, working with the awareness of the periphery of the body to get into the essence of the core. Practice will close with alternate nostril breathing and meditation to help you connect to the present moment and bring you to a place of gratitude for the rest of the day.
