In this practice, you will explore opening and expanding the organ closest to your soul, your heart center. The more that you open the heart and the chest, the greater the feelings of expansion, connection, and openness within. Move with Bee through Vinyasa flows designed to bring you back to your body, your strength, and your softness. Move through dynamic Camel Pose (Ustrasana) revolutions, shoulder openers, lengthening sequences for the hamstrings and side body, and feel-good hip openers like Malasana (Garland Pose). Continue with lunges, core-activating postures, heart-openers, and yummy twists throughout, then round out the practice with a long relaxation sequence at the end. This is a class your heart will truly thank you for!

For this practice, you will need two blocks (or homemade substitutes). A blanket is optional for additional seat and knee support.
