MAMA OCEAN, A Women's Yoga Retreat
Join me and my dear friend Jagat Kaur, for a very special women's yoga retreat during the winter solstice in Playa Dominical, Costa Rica. This retreat has been curated for women who are inspired to conceive and birth their deepest desires. You will be supported to unravel the wild primal pulse within you, so needed to propel you forward in joy and pure love onto your path, in preparation for 2020 and beyond.
You will receive two daily women-centered yoga practices, meditation and pranayama, daily womb wisdom workshops, plus dance and expressive movements, cacao ceremony, and several immersions in the healing waters of the Ocean and the rivers surrounding the Retreat Centre. Be ready to awaken the flame of life burning inside you and required to bring into form any of your creations.
