The Truly Personal Practice Yoga Course is an opportunity to have a customized
yoga practice designed for specifically you, based upon your physical,
emotional, psychological and spiritual intentions, and the support of an
experienced yoga teacher and a small group of peers to assist you in owning that
practice. This course is innovative and yet as ancient as yoga; it is a very
special experience.
How it works: The Truly Personal Practice Yoga Course takes place over a 2 month
period. The first week, each participant meets with Andrea individually to do a
private lesson. In this lesson, Andrea will design your own yoga practice for
you to assist you in manifesting the intentions that you wish to create right
now. Your intentions may be physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual, and
of course all of the above! In this one on one lesson, Andrea will talk with
you to help you to identify what you truly desire and then design and teach to
you a yoga practice to set your intentions into motion. She will also write out
the practice for you, and you own it forever! Then for next 7 weeks, on a
designated evening, you are welcome to come to Andrea's studio with your printed
practice and do your own personal practice. The other participants in the course
will also be doing their own personal practices. Andrea will be there to
facilitate, adjust, support, offer insight and all that she can to each of you.
By the end of the 2 months, you will have a practice that you can do on your
own with confidence, knowing that it is right for you, and with lots of love
and beautiful moments along the way.
Yoga is an amazing tool to truly have a deep and present relationship with
oneself that encourages self love. In The Truly Personal Practice Yoga Course,
each practitioner is setting into motion the intentions that they wish to
create in their lives while enjoying the intentional energy, breath and focus
